Refund policy: If you change your mind and decide you no longer want a product, or want to exchange it for another one, please ship it back along with your invoice within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

When you return the products please keep these important points in mind:

• Products should be in the original and unopened condition;
• It is returned within 30 days from the date on your invoice;
• You must return all original products and packaging materials to us at your own expense. If you bought multiple quantities and used part of them, we will refund the unused portion only. If there were a volume discount, refund amount will be determined by the quantity actually consumed;
• Shipping is not refundable. For an order with discounted or free shipping, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the full order amount.

Within 3 business days after receiving your return, we will credit the purchase price to your original credit card account (credit card order).
